What's new widget

An in-app panel that shows your changelog (or roadmap), with a badge for unread entries. It opens from your own button or from a floating button we add.

Turn it on under Roadmap & Changelog > Publish > On your website, and pick how customers open it. On your website must be on too. Call init() once first.

Attribute, no code

html
<button data-justonecx-whats-new>What's new</button>
<button data-justonecx-roadmap>Roadmap</button>

Works on any element, including ones your framework renders later. The SDK sets data-justonecx-unread="3" on the button when there are unread entries and adds a badge. Style it yourself with that attribute.

Functions

ts
import { openChangelog, openRoadmap, getUnreadChangelogCount, onUnreadChangelogCountChange } from "@justonecx/sdk";

openChangelog();
const unread = getUnreadChangelogCount();
const stop = onUnreadChangelogCountChange((count) => setBadge(count));

From the script tag use window.JustOneCX.openChangelog() and the other functions.

Unread

An entry is unread when it was published after the visitor last opened the panel. Identified visitors keep that state across devices.
