Custom domain

Serve the hosted pages from your own hostname, such as roadmap.yourcompany.com.

Set up

1. Open Roadmap & Changelog > Publish > On your own subdomain and add the hostname. Up to 3 per workspace. Choose which module the hostname shows, or the whole set.
2. Create the two DNS records the dashboard shows:
   • A TXT record at _justonecx.<hostname> with the verification value. It proves you own the domain.
   • A CNAME from the hostname to domains.justonecx.com. An apex domain cannot hold a CNAME, so the dashboard shows an A record for it.
3. Wait. We re-check every 5 minutes. The status moves through these states:

Status	Meaning
Pending verification	TXT record not found yet.
Verified	TXT found. We are getting the certificate.
Active	HTTPS works. The page is live.
Failed	A check failed. The dashboard shows why.

Notes

• A CNAME alone is not enough. Anyone can point a CNAME at us, so the TXT record is what proves ownership.
• The certificate is issued automatically and renewed for you.
• Active domains are re-checked daily. If a record disappears the domain stops serving until it is fixed.
• If your plan drops below Scale the domain stops serving. The hosted address keeps working.
